Texan instrumental rockers This Will Destroy You have meant a lot to post rock and in general to music lovers: their music has the power to create a vortex in our brain and even their tranquil moments are just as powerful as deafening ones.

Live In Reykjavik, Iceland features 11 live versions of the band’s material, with all songs performed and recorded at Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik. We cannot imagine a location better than that one where those 11 songs shine like the coloured mirrors of the Harpa under the Icelandic midnight sun. Live in Reykjavik is a monumental celebration of their artistry. There is not a single bad track on this album and I recommend this live release to anyone who loves music. Yes, it really is that good.
